What is your shipping policy within North America?
We offer standard and expedited shipping options across Canada and the United States. Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days, and tracking information is provided via email once the package departs our warehouse.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns on unworn merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return or exchange.
Are Pajar Canada boots waterproof?
Our 'Waterproof' labeled products feature seam-sealed construction and waterproof membranes. Products listed as 'Water-Repellent' are treated to resist moisture but may not be fully submersible in deep water.
Do you offer a warranty on your outerwear and footwear?
Yes, Pajar Canada offers a limited one-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or improper maintenance.
