Pajar Canada offers a 30-day return policy for unused merchandise in its original packaging to ensure your complete satisfaction with our heritage footwear and outerwear. Please note that all items marked as final sale are ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and ensure you receive a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
